Summer renewal incentives expire August 31st!
Time is almost up for CFS summer renewal incentives! Renew by August 31st to earn a $5 voucher for each program renewed, plus a 10% discount on any program you've never ordered before. Click here to log in to your MyCFS account and renew online.

Have you checked your forms/supplies order?
Don't be caught unprepared when tax season arrives. As soon as you receive a shipment of tax forms or supplies from CFS, please open it immediately and check your order. Verify that we sent you the correct items and that there is nothing you forgot to order. Keep in mind that items are sometimes damaged in transit.

Remember—forms and envelopes must be returned sealed and unused within 30 days, but no later than December 15th. Refunds do not include shipping charges.

Coming soon: W2/1099 and Payroll Corrector 2011
W2/1099 Payroll System and Payroll Return Corrector will be ready for download and shipping in early September. If you haven't already done so, be sure to renew by August 31st to take advantage of our summer early renewal incentives; customers who renew by August 31st earn a $5 voucher to apply to next year's order and can take 10% off any first-time software purchase!

If you have already purchased and installed the 2011 version of 941/940 or LivePayroll, you do not need a CD or a full program download to install either W2/1099 or Payroll Corrector. Simply select "Update from the Web" from the "Internet Options" menu of Payroll System 2011, or download and install the update from our web site, here.

However, you must be sure to update your license code. We receive many calls from customers who receive an error message upon installing W2/1099 simply because they have not updated their license code. You can obtain your license code by logging in to your MyCFS account.

Note: If you renewed W2/1099 by May 31st, you will soon be receiving your free forms starter kit, containing an assortment of red forms, envelopes, and blank perforated stock. You will receive a software CD by mail if you chose to pay for shipping when you ordered the program.
