Orders may be paid by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Check or Money Order. We do not bill.

All orders are subject to applicable sales taxes. Orders placed by California customers are subject to Ventura County sales tax rate. Orders placed at a seminar are subject to sales tax rate at that location. However, customers who opt to download their software and not get a CD are not subject to sales tax.

Most orders are processed within 48 hours. Products that are on hand will be shipped right away. CFS does not hold orders to be shipped later. Software orders are shipped via USPS 1st class mail; forms and tax supplies are shipped via UPS ground. UPS NEXT DAY and 2ND Day are available at an additional cost. Discrepancies must be reported as soon as possible (no more than 14 days).
CFS will not forward mail. An extra fee may be assessed if incomplete or inaccurate shipping information results in the redelivery of a shipment. Call for shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, or foreign countries.

Fill-N-Print is $25.00. Cost for any other software is $7 per order, sent via 1st class mail. You may avoid shipping charges by downloading the program. You also have the option to purchase the Update CD Service for $25.

Refunds, less shipping, will be accepted no later than 30 days after delivery of the product(s). Additionally, tax forms will not be accepted for refund after December 15th. Products must be returned in undamaged condition.

A. SINGLE USER VERSION

If you have purchased a Single User Version license, you may run the Software on one or more computers for one Office operating under one Firm Name, but not on a Local Area Network or by Remote Access.

B. NETWORK VERSION

If you have purchased a Network Version license, you may run the Software on one or more computers on a Local Area Network for one Office operating under one Firm Name.

C. REMOTE ACCESS

CFS Tax Software, Inc. licenses its software on a per-Office basis. This Agreement does not cover Remote Access. If you wish to run the Software at more than one Office using some form of Remote Access, contact CFS at 1-800-343-1157 for licensing requirements.

D. MULTI-OFFICE
Ask us about our Multi-Office Discount. If you have more than one office and purchase more than one copy of a software item, you are eligible for a $15 discount. This applies to any program (and network upgrade) a customer buys for more than one office, even if it is a renewal. H & R Block customers qualify for this discount only when multiple offices from the same district order multiple copies.

In order to protect our customers, CFS does not take firm name and/or address changes over the phone. There are several ways to notify us of a new firm name/address change:

1. Log in to your MyCFS account. Select [Firm Name/Address/Email Change] under the MyCFS menu and click Send after entering the appropriate information.
2. Email custserv2@taxtools.com. Please include your customer number.
3. Fax to (805) 522-0187. Please include your customer number.
