W2/1099 2006 is released
The W2/1099 2006 and Payroll Corrector 2006 have been released and are available to download. CDs will be mailed shortly for customers who ordered the CD version.
If you've already installed the 941/940 2006 (you should have a Payroll System 2006 icon), there is no CD required to install either the W2/1099 or the Payroll Corrector. Simply select "Update from the Web" from the Internet Options menu of Payroll System 2006 or go to our website to install the update.
Be sure you have updated your license code! We receive many calls where a customer installed the W2/1099 and received an error message that they are not licensed. They have not updated their license code. To retrieve the correct license code, visit our website or log into MyCFS.
TaxTools and Small Business Tools updated to support PDF printing
We listened to your suggestions and added PDF-printing capability to two of our popular programs. TaxTools and Small Business Tools can now print any document in a PDF format utilizing PDF995.
You must first download the PDF Printing Support printer drive and then download the update to the respective program. Both files are located here.
A Renewal Notice is in the Mail
We are still trying to reach customers who have not renewed any CFS software for the upcoming tax season. If you are one of them, you will soon receive a packet in the mail encouraging you to renew. Consider the following benefits of renewing early:
